It was getting late, but that never stopped this city it seemed. People still out shopping eating going to work coming from work, tourists and locals all around keeping them selves busy. Shiro walked with them, trying to blend in as a normal human for a while. Some times blending in was a treat for him, at work he is the Asian guy with the red hair other times he was the mutant freak with the fire powers. At least he was not the illegal immigrant. His father took the time and got his children dual citizen ship while he was alive and Shiro was glad for this. America was not his dream home but at least here he knew it didn’t matter if he exploded with anger and took out a building, back in Japan it would matter and things would never be the same.
He continued his walk it was Friday night he just got paid and took care of the necessities in life, now all he needed was some fun for the night maybe make a friend or two, he didn’t have that many. Just a few guys from work that was all. He noticed a club and walked over, maybe dancing and having a few drinks would better his mood. He showed his ID and paid the cover to get into the club.
He looked around seeing little groups of people, it was early the night was still young. He headed to the bar for a drink.

Lillian had decided to take the night off, and like Magneto would know. Ok he might, but who cared. A talented little girl she was to him, but just because he can control metal doesn’t mean he can control her mind. She smiled to the bouncer at the door as she headed into the club dazzling him with her beauty, her black stilettos not even making a sound on the floor because of the loud base. Her tight black dress flattered her figure so well, tonight was for fun, toying with humans and seeing what dunk mutants she can convince. So it was more of an undercover job.
She smiled as she passed some of the dancing people, looking like Lillian was having fun. Her first destination, the bar, alcohol didn’t really affect her system in any way, so she was all good.. Lillian strutted over happily and took a seat on the bar and asked the bartender for an apple martini. Gladly accepting the drink, she took a sip .The best thing about having her abilities was that alcohol didn’t really affect her much, it was great.
Lillian was positive this place was more pack then she had imagined with people dancing and drinking. It was suck a human thing to do. Well as much as she wanted to rip the throats out of the people around her, Lillian wanted to play. Play her games the way she wanted them to be played. Controlling them and maybe even put one of them to sleep, for good. She wondered who was up for a game.

Shiro sat there sipping his cherry whisky and coke and looked around the bar once more. He saw her walk in a pretty platinum blond girl who held her self like she owned the place. He smiled a little to him self prying his eyes fro her then to the dance floor. It had been years since he last let lose and just dance, back when he was still in high school at a concert he went to with some friends. He smiled at the memory turning back to the people in the club. Back to the girl who now was beside him ordering a Apple Martini. He almost did not here her or the bartender of the loud music. He finished the last of his drink setting the cup back on the table and standing up from the stool.
Shiro always thought he was good looking, back in high school he seemed to always get dates, but since he started working here in America the dating thing kind of fell though but he never really was trying, to night he was going to flirt maybe get some numbers. He was glad he wore a nice black button dress shirt with a pair of loser black jeans. It was the nicer clothing he had that did not go into the Visual Kei style. He headed to the dance floor now glancing back at the blond woman with a smile.

Lillian pushed a stray stand out of her face, dazzling the bartender as he passed her drink to her. men so easily overcome by there emotional and physical desires. But then again they were only human. A flawed step in evolution, the time when god really did go wrong, humanity. Then there were people like her, mutants that surpass god’s fatal error and try to enlighten the humans, only to see there faces masked with jealous. To bad there only human, it would take too much of then to realize by hating us, we’re bringing on there demise faster. It just really is sad, that these tiny mortals see mutants as a destroyer instead of humanities next step.
Leaning on the bars counter she took a sip of her drink, pushing back she looked away from the marble counter and onto the dance floor. With the drink in one and the other lazily placed on the bar, her ice blue eyes made contact with another. This young man was bold, very bold to have chosen her, not that there was a problem of being noticed. Strumming her finger, making little dents on the marble, Lillian pushed herself away. Know one will see her; it was only a game for fun. They were going to play by her rules anyway.
Walking over to the rather attractive young man with a grin on her face, she asked.”Dance with me?”

He noticed her looking back at him then standing and walking forward. ‘Dance With me?’ Came her voice just loud enough to hear over the music in the bar. He gave her a smile, “Was going to ask you the same thing.” He lean towards her so he could be heard. She was not that much shorter then him, and the shoes she wore brought her almost to his height. He let his body move to the music and her. He never took a dance class but some times that did not matter when you were packed together with others.
Something that never bothered Shiro anymore was how hot it got dancing since his body temp was warmer then others. He then looked at the girl, he didn’t know her name or anything about her, but the night was still young and he was willing to listen, one thing we wondered though, was she a mutant as well? He leaned towards her again his hands moving to rest on her hips, “My name is Shiro.” He told her in a typical American way instead of going on with ‘Watashi no namae wa Shiro desu’ The English way seemed so much simpler. “Whats yours?” He then asked wanting to get her name.

Lillian smiled back at the young man, well most people were a heck of a lot younger then she was, he was going to ask the same thing. But who wouldn’t? She could felt the guy’s body heat as he moved closer to her, something was different about him. Letting her creative side be realized from there cage, Lillian began dancing with the red haired guy. She was good, but a trained dancer she was. Moving to the rather load beat like everyone else in the room, sound embedding itself in her mind.
The music still played as she could sense he was going to speak, it was the look in his eyes. Turning her gaze towards him, she smiled as he placed his hand on her waist. Moving so that they were only an inch apart, ”Hello Shiro you can call me Lynx.” She said, if he really was a mutant, would he recognize her name? She didn’t care; there was no fowl play here. Even if he did know, there were way to get rid of the problem, and Lillian was very good at that. She had her ways, even without her power.

He danced with her keeping close in case they needed to talk over the loud music. He smiled to him self enjoying the night already. He felt the heat radiate off everyone in the cub who were dancing, breaking a sweat needing more drinks to keep cool, but not him, it would be a while before he would break a sweat. He looked down at her hands on his guiding them to her hips, a smirk came to his face as he slowly pulled her a little close, not yet close enough to grind against. Lynx, that was a interesting name, not common, probably not her real name, it did sound a little familiar but he was not sure from where. “Interesting name” He said leaning close to be heard, “So where are you from?” He asked.
He new a few people born and raised in New York but most were from other places settling here like he did. He heard the music switch up to another dance song, seemed techno was in at clubs, it was not his favourite kind of music but he did not hate it. At times he liked the loud beats and no lyrics, songs you can just dance too.

Lillian smiled as they danced so close to one another; it was almost like he was glow. She seemed attracted to this guy, not the looks, not the way he walked but just the whole package. Odd yes, but there was something very intriguing abut this guy Shiro, and Lillian had every intention to find out. She bit her lips as she was pulled closer to Shiro, not that she minded at all, Shiro was hot and he probably knew that. Moving her hips a bit more, Lillian moved her hands to rest in his neck. Her eyes as a some what of a glow in this light, even as dark as it was sin there she could still see clearly. Leaning in she replied.”I know.”She teased kind of happy he didn’t recognize it, she preferred it more then Lillian anyway..”I’m from Dallas, Texas”She said not lying at all.
The music switched to a more techno beat, causing Lillian to moved her body more. It didn’t help that she was a Latin dancer, her hips moved whenever there was a catchy beat. Not her fault. A Latin dancer from Texas who also is an assassin, wow that sounds just great.

She smiled down at hoping he was not being rude, but she did place his hands on her hips. He saw her bite her lip. He felt better when her arms draped them self over his neck. He was curios about her eyes, maybe she was a mutant like he was, it had been some time since he met another mutant besides his sister. He smiled at her. He Didn’t know how to respond to I know so he stayed quiet. “Well if you have not guessed I am not from here either.” He chuckled. So she was still all American.
He smiled at her seeing her dancing style change, she seemed to be a trained dancer where he was not. He was surprised he had not made a fool of him self yet. He looked up at the bar then looked to her, “want a drink?” He asked knowing soon she would stand him up in dancing. He drew his hands away, he felt like he could use some water. He still keep his hands on her but more on her waist. “I will buy.” He then added with a smile. Starting to lead her from the dance floor.

The music was just right, even though it was loud to most of the members of the club but to Lillian every little sound was crystal clear, like there really wasn’t any interference at all. All he was to her was a very interesting new toy.”I could have guessed that just by looking at you.” Lillian replied with a coil grin, not the best face to make, but tonight was a very interesting meeting.
She watched him as Lillian danced; the guy seemed out done by his partner which only made her smile more. But his gaze changed from her to the bar, and she knew what that meant, more drinks.”Why of coarse.”Lillian replied teasing him, meaning no harm though. It was a bit of a funny situation, knowing in this little contest she was going to win Intrigued more as he said he was going to buy, wow this guy does know how to treat a woman. As she was lead from the dance floor to the bar, his hands slipped more around her waist.

He didn’t mind the loudness of the music though he would rather be n a more quiet room. That was just him, he preferred the intimateness of a quiet room where you could just talk to each other. But sometimes there was nothing to talk about and the loud music made the awkward silence go a way having the other person you are listing to the music or you should did not hear them. “How could you tell?“ He asked with a chuckle. There were more and more Asians in America now, he was hoping he did not just give him self away.
He smiled softly at her as he led her to the bar. “So then what is your poison?” He asked using the old line, he really did not know what else to say, he normally was awkward around girls, a little shy. He always seemed more relaxed around guys. He stood beside her as he leaned in to give his order then Lynx when she told him what she wanted. He then passed their drinks over and smiled. “So then what brings you out this night?” He asked more curiosity then anything else. He sipped the drink in his hand waiting for her answer hoping she heard him.
